MAUI, HAWAII
Thurs, Oct 10, 2019, 10:30 AM – Sun, Oct 13, 2019 1:00 PM
Hale Lanui Vacation Home (map)
Come join us on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, where you will learn to facilitate the process of SoulCollage® while being held within the sacred space of our group and the natural beauty of this tropical paradise.
Maui is a perfect environment to open body, heart, and mind as you embark upon your journey of Becoming…
Our venue is a lovely two-story vacation home with a magnificent ocean view, spectacular sunsets, swaying coconut palms,
private saltwater swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Located at the edge of Kalama Park and a stone’s throw from the sea, Hale Lanui is just minutes from the famous Kamaole beaches where you can stroll barefoot, feel the warm sand between your toes, be caressed by gentle tradewinds, and take a refreshing dip in the ocean during breaks. At the end of a quiet residential street, there is a wonderful walking path next to the ocean that is within easy walking distance to restaurants and other amenities.
PLEASE NOTE: Our meeting room is on the 2nd floor and is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact the Training assistant, Ming, at mingshipp@gmail.com with questions or concerns regarding any special needs you may have. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Why become a SoulCollage® Facilitator?
If you have been practicing SoulCollage® and…
• recognize the value of this rich, creative process in your life’s
journey
• are eager to share your passion for SoulCollage® with others,
• wish to create a supportive SoulCollage® group within your
community or organization, and
• want to deepen your own understanding of this method,
then you may be ready to embark upon the path of becoming
a SoulCollage® Facilitator.
The Facilitator Training is significantly different from a SoulCollage® workshop or retreat. It is not a place to learn the method, but rather to deepen one’s personal process while developing new skills required to be an effective Facilitator with those who are brand new to SoulCollage®.
In this Training, participants will:
• explore what it means to be an effective Facilitator in a group,
workshop, or professional setting,
• examine the topics of group dynamics and the ethical aspects of
Facilitation practices
• experience hands-on activities that support and deepen one’s
own practice as a participant and can be utilized as facilitation
templates upon completion of the program.
• be provided with extensive web resources and continuing
connection with the international SoulCollage® Facilitator
Community. Networking and education after the Training will be
available through online courses, conferences, retreats, as well
as online and regional groups.
To receive the greatest benefit from the Training, it is important to give focused attention to the Requirements and Prerequisites below. When everyone is well prepared prior to their arrival, the experience is richer and deeper for all… not only for those within the Training, but for those who receive the benefit of your Facilitation later. Upon completion of this Training you will be entrusted with the Kuleana (a traditional Hawaiian value meaning Privilege and Responsibility) for sharing Seena’s legacy with others and sharing your understanding of the power of this gentle, creative method for internal transformation.
Preparation and Prerequisites
Before you come to a Training, it is very important to:
- Read SoulCollage® Evolving
- Listen to Seena Frost’s two basic CDs (Introduction to SoulCollage® and Facilitating SoulCollage® in Groups) – Both are also available for purchase and digital download at the iTunes store.
- Make several cards for your own deck in three of the suits (one card in the Companions Suit is sufficient). We want you to have a working knowledge of the SoulCollage® process, its structure of suits, and its Principles.
- Mariabruna Sirabella, SoulCollage® Trainer, has said that making cards without reading them is like preparing a delicious meal and not eating it. We would like you to have enjoyed your meal by
- Using the “I Am One Who…” exercise with your cards yourself
- Taking a local workshop if you can find one, or a recorded course if you can’t find a local one.
If you can’t find a SoulCollage® Introductory workshop near you, you can take a recorded video course which will give you both a sense of the deep potential of the SoulCollage® process in community and valuable basic information. There are two “Fundamentals of SoulCollage®” courses to choose online:
- Introduction to the Fundamentals of SoulCollage® with Mariabruna Sirabella
- Introduction to the Fundamentals of SoulCollage® with Kat Kirby
These preparations are important so that you can gather experience from your own card-making process before working with others who are learning to make cards.
IMPORTANT:
- Please bring all of your SoulCollage® cards when you come to the training weekend.
- To receive a certificate of completion a participant must attend and complete ALL sessions of this training.
After participating and completing all sessions of the Training, participants receive a Certificate of Completion conferring the right to use the “SoulCollage®” trademark and name in the title of their groups or workshops and to call themselves “SoulCollage® Facilitators.”

Our Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $100 processing fee, is given if the cancellation is received a month before the event. This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full.
No refund or credit is given for cancellations after that deadline, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, or if you become ill, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice.
Should a Training need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather events, low enrollment, etc.), participants will be refunded the amount collected upon registration. The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended for participants flying in to attend a Training.

Kihei Rent a Car is a great option if you want to have a car at your disposal while on Maui http://www.kiheirentacar.com/. Their prices are reasonable, and they will pick you up from the airport and bring you back to Kihei where, conveniently, our Training will be held. You may also want to consider the possibility of sharing a car with one or more participants in the Training. We will soon be setting up a Facebook page for this Training and those who are registered will be able to communicate and make arrangements with each other there.
Ride Share
Uber https://www.uber.com/cities/maui/ and
